Arthur Kirkland/United Kingdom is probably my favorite character from Axis Powers Hetalia... he is so adorable, everything about him makes me want to squeal each time I see him, hahaha! Actually, this is my second try at drawing him in a chibi form, the first one was... terrible, lol! You really do not need to see it... XD;;

Oh, and about the gift he is holding...
Yes, I am a fan of Francis/Arthur. (France/England) It is probably my OTP, but at the same time, I love Ludwig/Arthur a lot, and it was the first pairing I liked in Hetalia. So, yeah, hmm... I don't know what else I can say about it, lol!
